About Us

Students Holistic Educational Empowerment Par-Excellence (SHEEP) is a nonprofit community based organization in Lawra municipal in the Upper West Region of Ghana West Africa. We use holistic approach to identify students needs and empower them holistically for them to achieve holistic success Par-excellence. We teach students effective methods for learning and inspire them to aspire for moral, academic, Spiritual, health wide excellence but not to settle down for mediocrity.

We are highly interested in students general welfare, with emphasis on academic success, good health, professional life, good moral character or integrity and unbiased Spiritual growth. We are ambassadors and advocates for holistic educational Empowerment Par-excellence. We are highly interested in advocating for scholarships and sponsorship for brilliant but needy students and sick but poor students. The holistic well being of students is our hallmark. We are expert in training and empowering students minds and characters for them to grow and become exceptional excellent leaders and world changers.

What we Mean by Holistic Education

Holistic education focuses on the fullest possible development of the person, encouraging individuals to become the very best or finest that they can be and enabling them to experience all they can from life and reach their goals. This approach involves educating the whole child, considering their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development, and recognizing their interconnectedness with the world around them.

Key aspects of holistic education include:
– Educating the Whole Student: Focusing on development as a well-rounded, happy, and constructive member of society, beyond just academic achievement.
– Interconnectedness: Recognizing students’ connections to their community, environment, and the world, and teaching them to care for and contribute to these larger wholes.
– Experiential Learning: Emphasizing hands-on experiences, community engagement, and real-world applications to foster growth and understanding.
